  • Complex development of communication, sales and managerial skills.

Description

  • Based on a selection procedure within schemes co-funded from the EU funds, a long-term complex project of developing the communication, sales and managerial skills was implemented for the client. This project consisted of not only the actual execution of the training and development scheme, but also of the development of a long-term training strategy and a system of evaluating its course. The training and development scheme performed and its elements covered an entire range of communication, sales and managerial skills and encompassed the development needs of all groups off employees and management of client’s firm. Most educational activities were, furthermore, included in the curriculum of the customer’s Corporate University.

  • Implementation of Development Centres and analysis of development needs of employees and management.
  • Design and execution of a long-term and mid-term scheme of professional development.

Description

  • The projects included preparation and execution of Development Centres to staff the positions of line management and to identify employees with development potential. This was followed by a proposal and execution of a long-term and mid-term scheme of professional development, especially in communication and managerial skills. The Development Centres followed previous projects (not described herein in detail) – managerial audit, audit of human resource management and project of changing the company’s organization structure (also conducted in cooperation with DRILL®). The aim was to ensure staffing of the newly established positions of line and project managers from internal resources. At the same time, the aim of the Development Centre was to identify employees with managerial potential and to propose and realize a development scheme for both of these groups, combining training, individual coaching and practical managerial feed-back. Proposed training schemes covered the entire range of communication and managerial skills, with a special emphasis on motivation, delegation to employees and project management.

  • Design and execution of a long-term scheme of developing the “soft” skills.

Description

  • The projects included the design and execution of Development Centres to identify the employees with development potential; this was followed by a proposal and execution of a long-term scheme of developing “soft” skills for the middle and top management. This project followed previous cooperation (analysis of organization efficiency in selected company departments and individual coaching of selected top managers – not described herein in detail yet also conducted in cooperation with DRILL®). The Development Centres were intended to identify employees with managerial potential and to design consecutive training scheme for them. Proposed training schemes covered the basic range of communication and managerial skills, with emphasis on management in a manufacturing company. Some employees with identified managerial potential were – during the course of the training scheme and supported by its results – promoted to managerial positions.

  • Design and execution of a training of advanced sales skills.

Description

  • The project included the design and execution of a training scheme of advanced sales skills for employees and managers of sales departments of the client, focused on the selling to large corporate clients. The training scheme emphasized the development of advanced sales skills in both acquisition and development of long-term relationships with customers, with the goal to acquire and intensify the techniques of planning, realizing and closing business transactions and of effectively conducting sales negotiations.

Project

  • Design and execution of a coaching and training of specific skills for sales managers, with a special focus on enhancing the efficiency of their managerial and sales activities.

Description

  • The project included a proposal and execution of a training and development scheme of specific skills for sales managers, with emphasis on improving the efficiency of their managerial and sales activities. The project consisted of the stage of diagnostics and identification of development needs for selected sales managers, followed by a coaching related to solving specific problems of their managerial and sales practice. Final part of the project encompassed trainings focused on personal efficiency, management of teams and motivation of employees.

Project

  • Design and execution of a training scheme of communication and sales skills for sales and customer care employees.

Description

  • The project included design and execution of a training scheme of communication and sales skills for sales and customer care employees and established the quality evaluation system of these employees with regards to their remuneration. This project followed a mystery-shopping project also executed by DRILL®, which had identified key areas to improve communication with customers. Based on this analysis, the standards of communication and customer care were prepared which were – in a series of trainings in mini teams, followed by individual coaching – implemented and integrated into the evaluation and remuneration scheme of respective employees.

In addition, a specialized training scheme for quality management in manufacturing and project management with emphasis on automotive industry were designed. Conducted training schemes covered the entire range of communication, sales and managerial skills, encompassing the development needs of particular groups and levels of customer’s employees and management. The training scheme for quality management in manufacturing and project management was intended for managers and specialists in manufacturing, quality and customer service.

This project followed the implementation of the corporate competency model, including also the evaluation of required levels of individual competencies and setting of individual development plans. Conducted training schemes covered the whole basic range of communication and managerial skills. Relevant schemes were aimed at middle and top corporate management.

Description

  • The project included the design and execution of a training and development scheme of managerial skills following the implementation of an employee evaluation system. The project followed previously conducted audit of human resource management, setting and modification of the human resource management processes and development of competency models. The project also included the analysis of training and development needs and the design of training modules with regards to the development plans of individual employees and managers.

Description

  • The project encompassed design and execution of a specific training scheme for the human resource department employees and for managers on providing the outplacement to dismissed employees. The training scheme also included the display of typology conducted by a psychologist and a presentation by personnel consultant aimed at job search.

  • Design and execution of a training scheme in communication skills.

Description

  • This project included the design and execution of an individual training of communication skills, emotional intelligence and assertiveness. Based on the evaluation of the 360° feed-back evaluation and assessment of required competencies of the manager, an individual development plan was designed, emphasizing the communication skills training. The individual training also included regular evaluation of achieved results, implementation of acquired knowledge into practice and resulting recommendations to individuals.
