This Privacy Policy is applicable to the personal data that you entrust to us in your request for job mediation, other information that you provide us, as well as information acquired about you from other sources, especially from your former employers.

DRILL collects, keeps, processes and forwards your personal data to selected potential employers only upon your prior consent.

You can request job mediation electronically, in written form or personally. Your personal data is, along with other information about your education, professional experience and qualification, stored in our central database. The security of the database is ensured according to valid legislation and international information security standards.

Your request, qualification and references will be verified and evaluated. The moment we identify a job opportunity suitable to your education and qualifications, we will contact you.

Consultants of DRILL only are entitled to access and process your personal data; potential employers only upon your prior consent. DRILL collects, keeps and processes your personal data for the purpose of job mediation requested by you only. We do not sell or provide it to third parties, neither will we use it for commercial offers not connected to the job mediation without your consent.

You have the possibility to change and update personal data you entrusted to us at any time. If you wish to get a copy of your personal data stored in our database or to delete it for any reason, you can withdraw your consent at anytime. For such reasons please contact us at recruitment@dri­llbs.ru.

Your CV and your personal data will be stored in our database for possible future data mediation until you withdraw your consent.

DRILL reserves the right to change and/or amend this Privacy Policy at anytime. The policy is valid from the date stated at the end of this document. Please, check it regularly, especially before providing us with any of your personal data.
